   All rates are quoted in US$ per villa (not per person), per night, with the following benefits:

2. High & Peak Season Periods

   Peak season period: July 15 - August 15 and December 15 - January 15.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 5 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights.
