Villa Kipi

Villa Kipi is a very private 4 bedroom luxury villa located in the Batu Belig area with views onto Seminyak Beach. The villa is conveniently located only a short drive to a vast array of popular bars, cafes and restaurants in Seminyak. This newly built villa is fully staffed and promises its guests a peaceful and memorable stay.

When arriving at Villa Kipi, you will enter through traditional Balinese gates which lead to large stepping stones across lotus ponds and a water feature. This takes you to the main living and dining area. This area is spacious with high roofing, comfortable sofas, a dining table which seats 8 people, a 52cm plasma television, Bose surround sound system and a portable iPod dock. Villa Kipi guests also enjoy Wi-Fi internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and is located off the living and dining areas where the resident chef can prepare meals throughout your stay. Outside from the kitchen and living area is the main swimming pool (13.5m x 4.5m) with a wooden deck, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a separate bale area with outdoor tables and chairs for poolside dining.

Upstairs from the pool area is another large fan-cooled lounge which boasts some spectacular views of the beach and sunsets. The master bedroom is located on the second level which features a king sized bed, wooden floors, plasma television, en-suite bathroom, bath tub, separate shower and spacious balconies once again offering beach views.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also feature king sized beds which can be converted into twin beds if required. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features stunning en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, fan-cooled and feature plasma televisions with satellite channels and DVD players.

The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor with a king sized bed and a spacious en-suite garden bathroom. Villa Kipi has 5 staff in total including a house manager, chef, housekeeping, Gardener and pool attendant. Massage treatments are available on request. Car hire can also be arranged at an additional cost. Villa Kipi comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in US$ per villa (not per person) per night, with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival with private air-conditioned vehicle

   - In villa daily breakfast for 2 persons per room
   - Daily villa cleaning
   - Wi-Fi internet Conection

   All rates are subject to 15,5% government tax & service charge.
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: June 1 - September 15, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: December 20 - January 10.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
   
3. Extra Person
   - Extra person using extra bed is at additional charge of US$ 40 per person per night, inclusive breakfast.
   - Maximum occupancy 2 persons per room.
4. Optional Services
   We offer a wide choice of optional services to enhance your overall quality of stay on the island of Bali;
   - Take pleasure in an in-villa cooking service for lunch, dinner or a special celebration prepared by an experienced Chef. Grocery shopping or interactive cooking classes can also be arranged on request.
   - Relaxing massage treatments and spa rituals can be performed in the privacy of your villa.
   - Enjoy full or half day tours, adventure excursions, water sports activities, car/motorbike rental or even the services of your own private driver.
   - Convenient services and facilities are available for families travelling with young children. A professional baby sitting service, extra bed, baby cot, high chair, car seat and pool fence for peace of mind can easily be arranged at small extra charge.
